Heltwise was created to address a problem experienced by millions of people: access to timely healthcare often depends on where they live, whether a doctor is nearby and whether accurate medical information is available when it is needed.
We believe every person should have a secure and useful health record that supports their care over time. Medicines purchased, consultations completed, test results and treatments received should form part of a connected history that can help an authorised healthcare professional understand the patient more clearly.
A Deeply Personal Mission
The loss of a loved one showed us how serious the consequences can be when a patient arrives at a hospital unconscious and there is no reliable medical history available to guide those providing care. Heltwise is being built to help reduce that information gap and make essential healthcare easier to reach.
Patients can access virtual consultations, manage their records and obtain medicines through participating licensed pharmacies. Healthcare professionals can reach more patients, earn consultation fees and provide services beyond the limits of a physical practice.
To improve access further, Heltwise will operate healthcare pods and mini-facilities alongside selected pharmacies. These facilities will provide private spaces for supported virtual consultations, with trained healthcare personnel available to assist patients. As Heltwise expands, some locations may also provide access to doctors and other qualified professionals in person.
Pharmacies receive clearer information about daily sales, remaining inventory, expiring medicines, demand and financial performance. Verified suppliers can manage orders received, products supplied, buyer relationships, fulfilment and supply-chain decisions from one platform.
